Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-07-04

1. Who we are

TareaBox ("TareaBox", "we", "us") is a social-media content-planning and AI-automation service operated by Natalie Abadie (sole trader), established in Malta (EU), 10 Censu Xerri, Sliema, Malta. Contact: hey@tareabox.com.

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms (which include our acceptable-use rules, §5, and our refund rules, §10) and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 16, you may not use the service. You confirm your age at sign-up.

3. The service

TareaBox lets you plan, organise and schedule social-media content on a visual calendar, build a brand profile, and use AI-powered automations to help generate content (text, and — where available — images and other media). The service is currently offered as a closed beta and is provided on an evolving basis: features may change, be added or removed.

TareaBox works as a planning calendar on its own. Notifications and automatic publishing to social networks are optional modes that depend on third-party services and may be unavailable.

4. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration data, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hey@tareabox.com if you suspect unauthorised access. You may hold roles in one or more brands; access within a brand is governed by the role assigned to you (Admin / Manager / Editor).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use TareaBox to:

We may suspend or remove content and accounts that breach this section. Serious or repeated breaches may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Reporting illegal content: if you believe content on TareaBox is illegal, tell us at hey@tareabox.com — include where it is, why you believe it is illegal, and your contact details. We review reports and act where appropriate, including removing content and, where required, notifying authorities (EU Digital Services Act, Art. 16).

6. Your content and the rights you give us

7. AI-generated output

8. Third-party services

The service integrates third-party providers (hosting, AI, payments, email and — optionally — social-media publishing). We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their terms. Publishing to a social network is also subject to that network's own rules.

9. Plans, credits and payments [BILLING]

The following applies once paid plans are activated. During the free beta, no payment is taken.

10. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers) [BILLING]

11. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals. You can delete your account at any time from Settings (this deletes your personal data — see the Privacy Policy).

12. Availability and changes

The service is provided on a commercially reasonable-effort basis and may be interrupted for maintenance or due to third-party outages. During the beta we may impose usage limits.

We may discontinue, suspend, or modify specific services, features, or automations, without being required to state our reasons, when: (i) an external provider we rely on discontinues, limits, or changes its service or API; or (ii) for technical, security, legal, or commercial reasons.

Where such a change significantly affects a paid feature, we will give you reasonable advance notice, you may cancel the affected part at no cost, and any credits or uses you purchased in advance that become unusable as a result will be refunded in proportion to the unused part.

We bill on a monthly basis. If we discontinue the service as a whole, we will give reasonable advance notice; no charge applies beyond the period already served, and any credits or uses you purchased in advance and have not used are refunded proportionally.

Nothing in this section limits the mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the law of your country of residence.

Legal basis (for transparency). This section is written to meet the strictest standard that may apply to us:

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

14. Term and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period; we then delete or anonymise it in line with the Privacy Policy.

15. Governing law and disputes

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; we will post the new version with an updated effective date and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept them.
